What is a sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Lang.ai who has or potentially will have access to process data (which may contain Personal Data). Lang.ai engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.

For each of listed service providers, we have included a short purpose description and processing location.

In the case of Amazon Web Services, our end customers are able to decide the sub-processing location.

Process to Engage New Sub-processors

For all customers who have executed Lang.ai DPA, Lang.ai will provide notice via this website of updates to the list of sub-processors that we use or which Lang.ai proposes to use to deliver our services. Lang.ai undertakes to keep this list updated regularly to enable customers to stay informed of the scope of sub-processing associated with our services.

To get notified when a new sub-processor is added, send an email to [email protected]. We will be notifying this list at least 10 days in advance.

The following is an up-to-date list of the names and locations of Lang.ai sub-processors in both the production environment (where Lang.ai is hosted) and also in the non-production environment used by our internal teams.
